Dr. Nosike Agokei – Partner
Nosike Agokei is a partner in the firm. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, as well as alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration.
He holds the LLB degree of the University of Lagos, Nigeria and is a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He also holds the following qualifications: BSc Econ, BL (from the Nigeria Law School), MSc Econ, PhD, FCIArb (UK), FCA (Chartered Accountant), FCIS (Chartered Secretary), FCIB (Fellow Chartered Institute of Bankers), ACIT (Member, Chartered Institute of Taxation).
Dr Agokei served in various capacities in the private and public sectors of Nigeria and in the UK. He attended several seminars within and outside Nigeria. He is happily married with 4 children.
Chibuzo Aguocha – Partner
Barrister Chibuzo Aguocha is a Legal Practitioner with over 25years experience at the Bar. He holds the LLB degree of the University of Benin, Nigeria.
He was the Managing Partner of Whitestone Attorneys, a Law Firm based in Lagos. He additionally serves as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser to Companies, Family Trusts, and Individuals.
He handles legal matters ranging from litigation, corporate law, commercial law and family law.
His job necessitates continuous reading, a lot of meetings with different caliber of people, and also constant travel.
He is conversant with the systems of key paralegal and security arms in the country such as the Nigeria Police, The Economic & Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), and the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC).
He has attended many legal conferences and seminars; and has given talks and speeches to various bodies, churches and organsiations. He also appears as a guest speaker and commentator on legal and national issues on TV stations in Nigeria, a platform on which he analyzes issues with a holistic approach.
Okobi Chukwudi – Partner
He is a partner in the firm and holds the LLB degree from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. He is a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has been involved in general legal practice, but has close interests in human rights advocacy, legal research and law reporting.
He has served in various capacities in a couple of high flying law firms, including Uche Ihediwa & Co, Lagos and Iyanam, Oto & Co, Lagos, Office of the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria and Chudi Okobi & Co, Lagos. He was Deputy Editor, Nigerian Supreme Court Report (NSCR). He served as Associate Counsel/Consultant, Human Rights Advocacy & Litigation for the Constitutional Rights Project (CRP), Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria.
Chudi Okobi held the following positions:
- Member, Students’ Representatives’ Council, Nigerian Law School, Abuja
- Attorney General and Director of Justice, Students Union Government, University of Calabar
- Deputy Senate President – Law Students’ Association, University of Calabar
- Chairperson Amnesty International Nigeria Group 1, Calabar

He is currently a member of the Amnesty International and the Nigeria Bar Association.
Olajumoke Florence Akinkoye (Mrs) – Partner
She holds the LLB degree of the University, in addition to other degrees and professional memberships.
She specializes in employment and corporate law.
Oajumoke Akinkoye has attended several courses within and outside Nigeria.
Andrew Isioma Ogbolu ESQ – Partner
Andrew Ogbolu graduated from the University of Benin with an LLB degree in 1984 from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1984.
He is a lawyer with over 29 years of practice experience in diverse areas of legal practice. He has worked in the law firms of Shettima Liberty & Co (from 1984 to 1985) Debo Akande, Okonjo & Co (from 1985 to 1986), K.O. Longe & Co (from 1987 to 1991) and Andy Ogbolu & Co for over several years. He joined our firm recently and brings his wealth of experience to our firm.
